  • Consumer Agreement
  • TERMS AND AGREEMENT:   The purchaser by selecting to agree or accept or otherwise completing transaction is stating that you have read and fully understand and agree to the terms set forth in this agreement. PAYMENT: The purchaser understands that all registration fees are payable in advance. International Students: International students will be advised to register at least 45 days in advance in order to prepare documentation necessary for the student to submit for the purpose of obtaining their visa. In the event the student is unable to obtain a visa they must notify Brierwood Technical Institute in writing at least 30 days before the date the class in which you have registered begins in order to receive a credit of 70 percent toward a future class date. BOOKS AND MATERIALS: Any required text books and or study materials will be provided to the student at no additional cost to the student unless otherwise stated in the class description. CERTIFICATION FEES: Exam, application and the first year certification fee is included in the enrollment fee. GUARANTEES OF EMPLOYMENT: No school or training can guaranty successful completion or employment after training. Brierwood will however assist the student to reach success in anyway that we can REFUNDS: Due to the high expenses and overhead which we incur, all sales are final. Deposits and registration fees on all classes are non-refundable except in the event that a class or training session has been over booked, canceled or is no longer available. Deposits cannot be refunded or transferred.
